how many days do you have by law to get your divorce agreement for review?

There is no set number of days that you have to have a divorce agreement for review before signing it and divorcing - if that is your question. But generally, the courts want the parties to have enough time to ensure they fully understand what they are signing and obtain the assistance of counsel if necessary.

There is no time limit for a party to review a divorce agreement before signing it. Generally, the courts want each party to have a reasonable period of time to review the agreement and to be able to seek an attorney's assistance if desired.
