Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts
Do I have to let a DCF investigator into my home? I Had a form 51a filed against me by my daughter"s therapist stating she didn't feel safe in the home. This came after a heated argument about her taking the car without asking and me calling her friends looking for her.

No, you do not have to let the DCF into your home if you do not want to. This is a potential criminal case and you have a right not to incriminate yourself. So, you do not have to speak with DCF if you do not want to.
