dcf was temp involved finding decision supported but are closing case w no further actions . my mom has temp guardenship over my son will I get him back when that is up

really depends on all facts and circumstances of your case. The fact that DCF closed the case is a good sign, but it may be because child is in your mom's custody. You will have to ask court to regain custody of your son and terminate temporary guardianship.
