Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I am a disabled 40 yo father of 2 children, son 9 and daughter 5. I am currently going through a divorce and my wife left the house and us. She is now going for full custody and wants to sell the property. I want custody of my children and want to keep the property. Can I get thrown out.

Hello,

Whether or not you can hold onto the house depends on many things. Without knowing additional information including but not limited to: the martial assets; the value of the marital home; the equity in the marital home and your position on custody of your children, it is difficult to answer your question. I strongly recommend that you consult and retain for your divorce.

If you are interested in retaining an attorney, and are interested in a free consultation you can contact me at [email protected] or at 978-276-0777.

Thank you,

It is a possibility. Retain an attorney to represent you in the divorce. Good Luck!
