Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

disagreeing with judgement

How would I go about appealing a judgement about summer visitation for my two children? The judge made a ruling and I do not belive she had all the information and feel that my kids safety is at risk if they are to be with their dad for 2 mo.

I will be doing this from ME and the order was just written in MA. I have been in ME for 6 mo. So what court do I do this with as well.

Re: disagreeing with judgement

Appeal it; you have a narrow time in which to file your notice of appeal.

If the order was written in MA and the case had been pending in MA, you would have to appeal in MA. You do have a very limited time window, so don't wait.
