If you simply fail to appear, then a "default" can be entered and a "capias" issued to have you brought to court. If you do not agree with the proposal drafted by your husband's attorney, you are under NO OBLIGATION to sign it. If you have already signed it, then it is in your best interest to appear and let the Court know that you do not think it is fair and that you have not had the opportunity to review it with an attorney. If the agreement is already signed and you do not appear, the court may simply accept your signature as your proof that you agree to the terms and conditions. You should at least bring a copy to an attorney for a review and consultation, even if you are not planning an extended court battle, it is worth the peace of mind.

If you fail to appear, the Court will issue a default against you. You should contact an attorney immediately. If you have not signed the agreement, then the attorney may be able to negotiate better terms. If you have signed it, you need to attend and tell the judge why you need to have the agreement changed.
I suggest you contact an attorney immediately.
