i beenmarride for 17 year and we have 3girls ages 15,12,7 and we have a house is under his name cause of my credit hi is telling me that cause the name is in the house i have to get out

If you're the primary caretaker of the children, when the divorce gets started, you can have the court issue an order for HIM to vacate the home and have HIM pay for it while you and kids continue to live there.

It doesn't matter who the title of the house is vested in.

I suggest you get yourself a good divorce attorney because your husband is either lying to you or he's very mis-informed about the law.
