I need a copy of my divorce papers as mine were lost. The law firm is out of business and my attorney has passed away. Where can I obtain a copy/

You may order them from the Register of Probate in the Register's office of the Probate and Family Court in the County where the divorce was granted. Good luck!

A copy of the documents filed with the court which should include your separation agreement should be in your divorce case file in the County Probate court where you were divroced. You should contact them and arrange to order the copies in advance depending on how old the file is, it may take them a while. You will have to pay copy charges as well.
