Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Through a divorce my ex-husband was resposible for paying off 2 credit cards. These cards are in my name only because he couldn't get credit. He is not paying and my credit is being ruined. Is there a way to transfer his name to these cards. He can't get a credit card and transfer the balance because no one will give him credit. What can I do???

If he was ordered in your divorce judgment to pay your credit card bills, retain an attorney to file a contempt complaint and ask the court to order him to take a loan in his own name to pay them off to protect your credit. Good Luck!
