It is extremely important that you consult with an attorney prior to making any decisions with regards to both your Bankruptcy and you divorce especially if it involves saving your home. The timing of when you file for Bankruptcy is very important with regards to a divorce case which is being litigated at the same time.

I practice both Bankruptcy Law and Family Law if you would like to contact me for a free consultation call me at 617-523-3200.
