Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts
divorce harrassment
If I receive letters that are fiercely harrassing and threatening, and state extortion from my Ex, but they are typed and not signed by him and not in his language nor typeset, but are clearly by his ''other'' and/or ''mother'' (who do want my alimony and house), what are my rights and how should I respond? FYI, this is also happening via email as well. Please note that we are constantly in court for his guilty contempt behaviors. For this reason as well, I can not find email & letters from him to hold any legal value in my cases(as he tries to). He also against my wishes frequents my home(awarded me in judgment) with others, spies, and cons the realtor for private info on me. It's all very sick really.

You can take this up with the postal authorities.
Re: divorce harrassment
1. file a complaint with the post office.
2. print the emails and ask your email provider to check the owner of the email as listed, so you can stop it or contact the local police.
3.contact an attorney for help in getting a restaining order and give specific information about your ex to your realator.

I would suggest that you contact the local police regarding this issue. This has become criminal. While they will have some limits themselves in "proving" that he or his agents sent the letters, their involvement may begin the process of slowing things down.
If he comes on the property, he is guilty of harrassment at the least.
