I want to leave but there are things keeping me here,for instance the house we are living in was my mother in laws she died a year ago,things arent settled yet,should i have my name put on the house or should i just leave? I have 4 kids only one child is my currens husbands.Dont know what to do,please help

I need to know more detailed facts to help you.

For example, did your husband inherit the house?

If he is an heir then his share of the house will be

considered when the marital property is divided.

Will you be seeking custody of the minor children ?

Are there any other assets ? How long have you been married?
