i've been married for 8 years. i got married while i was in the army, and i havn't seen my wfe since my leave was over 1 week after the wedding. i just want to be done with this part of my life, what do i do

You file for divorce, of course. The hardest part of this should be in getting service on her, if you don't know where she lives.

If you have been in Massachusetts long enough now, you can file here regardless of where the marriage took place.

You can file for divorce, and if you have grounds, you can file for an annulment.

You can file for a divorce even if you don't know where your wife is. You go to your local probate court and ask for a summons by publication and follow their rules on how to publish in your local newspaper. If your wife doesn't answer the advertisement in the newspaper, you return the summons to the court and you can ask for a hearing date and get divorced.
