Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

i am on a divorce process. I still have not recieved a letter for citation in court but i want to moved to another state and bring the baby with me. Can i do that?

You can only move to another state with the consent of your soon to be ex spouse or the court. If you have an attorney he will have to file a Motion to allow you to move. Generally, the Court will allow this for a good reason.

If you do it without the Court's permission and without the husband's permission, it will be extremely troublesome.
