Hi,
I would like to divorce my wife she is in brasil whe have not been togehter for the last 3 years, we have no kids and she totally agreed. the only thing is I am living next month to a different country we got married here in usa, can I still get divorce from overseas?

The problem is jurisdiction of the court. Since you and your wife, I assume never lived in the country you are moving to as husband and wife, you have two choices: File for divorce in Brazil or file for Divorce in the last State and county where you and your wife resided as husband and wife for more than 30 days.
If the country you are living in will accept jurisdiction you can get divorced there. Your wife can agree to their jurisdiction if she wants to do so.
