The quick answer to your question is yes, your children will still be covered under your health insurance after you divorce your wife.

If your health insurance is through your employer, and your children are currently being covered, their health insurance would continue as is without interruption. Whatever amount you pay/contribute towards your health insurance would be credited towards the child support your either receive or pay out depending on your custody situation. If your wife is currently covered under your health insurance she too can continue to be covered until she remarries or until she has access to a more affordable plan. Whatever the additional cost of carrying your wife is, would be the amount that your wife would have to reimburse you for.

If your children currently have medical coverage under your plan, they may continue to do so even if you divorce your spouse. Who will maintain coverage for the children can be determined as part of the divorce process.
