Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts
Divorce
Its been over a year and I am awaiting a decision in a divorce/removal case. I am a stay at home mom with a 2year old and live in marital home. The mortgage and household bills are grossley behind and I, unlike my husband, have no means to pay. I've been to court about the matter and have recieved no decision. What can I do?

Re: Divorce
You should contact the office of the Chief Judge for the Probate and Family Court in Boston. They can diplomatically move the matter along.

I think that you or your attorney could contact the Judge's clerk, before you take the other step.
