Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I was divorced in 1995.

ARTICLE III

Medical Insurance

1. The husband shall maintain medical insurance for the benefit of the wife. The Husband's obligation hereunder shall terminate upon the death or remarriage of the Wife or if substantially equivalent medical insurance becomes available to the wife or the death of the Husband.

2. Each party shall be solely responsible for all their individual uninsured medical expenses, of whatever kind and nature.

My question:

a Our insurance has a copay

b Our insurances provides for prescriptions copay

Are both of these items covered under ARTICLE III 1.?

YES, you are each responsible for your own co-pays.

To clarify, I agree with Attorney Roth that you are each responsible for your own co-pays, but to answer your specific question, the items about co-pays are covered under ARTICLE III 2, not III 1, since they are considered uninsured medical expenses.
