Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I am divorced and was awarded an alimony payment of 300.00 per month,due on the first of each month. My ex husband recently passed away on the ninth of september. My ex stepdaughter sent me a letter saying that,since he passed away on the ninth, I was overpayed and she wants me to pay her some of that back. I am not obligated to do this,am I ? I am a senior citizen,thank you for your help.

No you are not obligated to repay. Your ex-stepdaughter has no rights to claim any monies from you.
