Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I am divorced and my ex husband and I have joint physical and legal custody of our two minor children. He has a new girlfriend and is on her phone plan so my number is blocked so I can't call or text him and she has moved in and they changed the locks on the door but did not give my children keys to get in if they are not home. My name is actually still on the house and she is not on the house and I demanded they give the children keys because I don't want them locked out ever. Is there something I can do to make him legally have to make the kids keys?
