When divorced in Massachusetts, can my ex wife move my 7and 5 yer old daughters out of state to live?

Assuming you have joint custody or visitation rights, she needs a court order or your consent.

However, if she has a good reason for moving, she will probably be allowed to move. You can request and the court will probably provide for changed visitation and the cost of visiting your children out of state may have to be paid for by her.

If she intends to move, you should negotiate terms and require that the MA court retain jurisdiction regardless of the move.
