Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

If I am the divorced parent and am paying the health covered for my son, am I responsible to pay the extra balances that the health insurance doesnt cover-an example the insurance covered the perscriptions of the glasses but not the frames,who is responsible for the frame price?

usually this is covered under the terms of the divorce decree in the section related to unreimbursed medical expenses.

I agree that the issue of who pays for unreimbursed medical expense should be in the divorce decree-if not then you may be responsibile since you are the card holder.
