DIVORCED $25 WK BY MY HALF OF HOME, SHE REFINANCE TO TAKE MY NAME OFF OF MORTGAGE, NOT i AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MORTGAGE, PAID FOR APPROX. 6 MONTHS, ALIMONY, BUT STOPPED AS SHE DIDN'T REFINANCE. AM I OBLIGATED TO PAY WHEN AND IF REFINANCED, AND DO OWE FOR WHEN NOT REFINANCED

Assuming that you have an obligation to pay your ex-spouse alimony, that obligation does not end because she failed to refinance the home. You need to bring a complaint for contempt in the probate and family court if she has failed to refinance pursuant to a divorce decree/separation agreement.
