Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

divorce/income

I am getting divorced after years...seperation. I work 2nd job toward licensure as therapist. Should my second income count toward child support. I am custodial parent . Husband lives out of state and sees kids 1x year for 4-5 days. thanks

All income counts toward the child support calculations.

The Child Support Guidelines takes into account the income of both parents. That includes 2nd jobs and part-time jobs.
