Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I am divorsed and my kids chose to live with my ex until the youngest graduates from high school.Every 3 months, he drags me into court to end what little alimony the court ordered Recently I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and cant work right now. What can I do to get more money?
