What to do when the mother of my child is wrongly accusing my girlfriend of eight years of emotional and physical abusing my daughter out of spite?

Prepare for war and get an attorney.
And remember: your child comes before your girlfriend, eight years or not.

First, I suggest you retain an attorney who deals with custody issues.
Second, the court and (your attorney) will both want an investigation by an independent person to determine if the allegations are true.
