domestic partners
i've lived with this guy for 20 years and we are on the brink of splitting up. what are my legal rights?
we shared everything. i had no checking account. my weekly pay checks went into his account.

You are in a difficult situation, as Massachusetts does not allow "divorce" remedies. There are, however, other pequity principals which can be used to help.

Your rights are far and few.
Since you are not married, your rights are mostly based on contract law.
