ok i am devorced and my ex husband keeps trying to get revenge he kept trying to get custody of our girls and the gudge denied it every tone so he called dss and said there was neglect and it got screened out and when he wasent getting any where that way he hed his mother wright a letter to the mass governer saying my girls were neglected by me and so the govener filed a 51a and now there is a 51b and this is all over my daughter missing an eye appointment and just because the governer filed it its a big issue i need sone advice on what to do about this why are they bullying me when there are famileys thet realy need there assistance

You should seek an attorney's assistance and bring this to a court's attention. It sounds like it could be argued as "abuse of process,"" if you have accurately explained this in a nutshell.
However, it also sounds like the judge has his number, and is not going to give him what he wants.
