Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Need More Help...

Earlier I asked a question about me not moving back at the age of 17. Thank You for your advice. Now I would like to know is there any way I can get an apartment of my own? I am currently living at a friends house and the mother and father don't want to take any chances with my parents anymore so they believe it is best for me to leave there house. I don't have anywhere else to go. Can I get my own apartment at the age of 17?

Yes, if someone will rent to you.

If the parents assisting you want advice, they can call me for a brief telephone consultation.

Yes, especially if you seek to be an emancipated minor, if someone will rent to you.
