Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Elderly caregiver

I have been the primary caregiver for my mother for the past 15years. I live in her house. When she passes do I have any rights regarding the amount of time I can stay in her house?

Most likely no.

There would have to be something more than what you said.

If your mother does not already have an estate plan, it sounds like it may be time to put one in place.
