emancipated

im 16 years old with a sevem month old dughter i live with my dad in massachuchesess im not wih my baby dady im a single mother .

me and my dughters dad dont have nothgin in curt yet no visitation no child suport but i do recive wellfare i nedd to know if i can live on my own with my dughter and if i can decide my own life example: i dont wana move out of sate to a nother country . am i able to do those thing now that i am emancipated?

Ah...this is the follow-up to the question that was just asked.

If you are in fact emancipated, your father cannot force you to move. You may need a court's assistance in this, though, if you have not been legally recognized as emancipated.

The courts are NOT going to allow you to be taken to Brazil against your will at this age, in all likelihood, especially given that you have a child here. However, you are going to need a fair amount of legal assistance, or you are going to have to file motions in court on your own.
