Estranged Husband's Girlfriend Threatened To Kidnap My Son
My husband left me in December when I was four months pregnant and immediatly had a new girlfriend. As time went by, the anger subsided and I found I could be around them in a friendly way. After our son was born, my husband would come over Friday and Saturday for two hours of supervised visitation. He was adjusting to a new medication and we aggreed that the baby should not be with him over night until he completed the six week adjustment period. About four weeks into his visitation, his girlfriend and I were sitting on the porch where she proceeds to tell me that she wants to take my son from me so she and my husband can ''live together like a happy family'' when I told her I had custody of the baby and that couldn't happen, she told me that she would take him anyway. I take this threat to kidnap quite seriously and I don't know what I can do to prevent her from being around my son. What rights do I have in this and what can I do?

Simply stated - you need to get a lawyer, and get in front of a judge so you can get a visitation order established ASAP.
