evidentiary hearing

i filed a contempt complaint against my ex husband for non payment of child support. His attorney requested and has been given an evidentiary hearing on disputed facts. what do i have to provide at this hearing?

You need to provide evidence, such as bank records, that your husband has failed to make the payments. You might ask for a MDOR order where the money is deducted directly from his apy check it might start with a slight delay initially but you will then not have to worry about him paying the money due while he holds his job.

Evidence that:

1. There was a court order;

2. Its language was clear and unequivocal;

3. That your ex violated the order;

4. How, when and where;

5. All documents and witnesses to that violation.
