Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

What exact evidence does my husband need to prove I'm an unfit parent? I'm a recovering alcoholic, been sober for 5 months. I also completed a 45 day rehab program six months ago. will my past affect my case?

There is no "exact" evidence. A judge would consider all of the circumstances: length and severity of the history of alcohol abuse, what you've done to address it (treatment), and most importantly whether and how it's impacted the child.
