Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Is it possible to get the exchange of visitations between parents only? My ex's girlfriend keeps causing a scene at our home. There is no problem between my ex and I but for some reason he is afraid to say anything to her and she goes off like a bomb for no reason. Getting out of the car and shouting like a mad woman. She is hindering the relationship between my ex and the children because they no longer want to be near her.

Yes it is possible to draft a stipulation agreement which would include language which would forbid your ex's girlfriend from being present during the pick-up and drop-offs of your children (assuming your ex is in agreement) and have a judge enter it as a court order.

If your ex will not agree to modifying the current visitation order, you can still go into court and ask the judge (through a modification of your visitation order) to modify the order by including a clause that states your ex's girlfriend is not to be present during pick-ups and drop-offs of the children.

Yes-you can always modify the order via the court.
