Executrix duties
What percentage of the estate does an Executrix receive for payment?

There is no percentage designated for an executrix. Rather it is the reasonable cost of handling the duties of the Executor. Fees can range from as little as $1000 to as much as $10,000 or more depending on the size of the estate and the work required. The smaller the estate however the lower the fees.

By statute, she is entitled to 5% of the first %200,000, and lower percentages on a sliding scale as the size of the Estate increases.
