I suggest you get an attorney immediately if you do not already have one. The proof will be depend on the situation.

You should find an attorney familiar with proving the existance of hidden assets.

Formal discovery procedures through litigation may be of some help to you. You could take the deposition of her sister, her, perhaps customers that believed and/or she told them it was her shop. You also may want to hire a forensic accountant or a private investigator. The problem is that all this is very costly. However, in order to prove that she is committing fraud upon the state and the court, it would be necessary. I highly suggest that you get an attorney that is experienced in trying to prove hidden assets. Sincerely, Maria Murber
