Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts
extradition
I live in a different state than my minor child. The child lives in MA. Are family court issues extraditable?

Re: extradition
Extradition is not the correct term. If you are saying that the custodial parent lives in one state with the child, and the none custodial parent lives in another state, and the divorce decree was entered in the state where the custodial parent lives, then matters related to the divorce and children are almost always litigated in the state where the cusotidal parent and the child reside.
