Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

My ex-wife lost guardianship of my 20 year disabled son on January 15 2001. The court appointed a Law firm in Falmouth Ma as guardian. He is now a resident of the Massachusetts Hospital School which is being paid for by the Dennis Yarmouth School System. I filed a Complaint for Modification of The Child Support payments in May 2010 and have a trail date of 7 October 2010. After three months of phone calls and e-mails he has finally set up a tele conference this Thursday the 26th.

She is still receiving child support (via DOR) and an adoption stipend from the Commonwealth.

What do I need before the Court Date, and do I appear to have a chance for modification.

The divorce was granted in Ma in 2002.

Thanks

Unless the court allows you to appear by telephone, you need to appear or the Complaint for modification will likely be dismissed.
