Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

My ex-wife is trying to move to a diferent State that we are now.I pai chield support and never felt behind with payments.Can she legaly move to a different state without my concent?

No. She either needs your written consent or permission of the court.

If she does this without the foregoing, you can file an action for contempt.
