Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

family, child custody

What shoud I do if my boyfriends ex is is wrongly accusing me of emotionaly and physicaly abusing his daughter out of spite? Can this lead to me having to leave the house that my boyfriend of eight years and myself share in order for him to see his daughter? Are there any legal repercautions that I can take against his ex?

It is likely that this accusations are in a court context. It is not what you should be doing, it is what he, your boyfriend, should be doing.

Your boyfriend and you should get an attorney immediately. The court will require an investigation of the allegations. You need an attorney and probably your own expert to do an evaluation.

I do not handle these types of cases but would be happy to refer you to someone who does this regularly.

Good Luck.
