I left my house a couple of months ago because my wife and I were fighting alot. I have 2 kids that live with her right now. She just changed the locks and will not allow me back in even though Everything is in my name. I am trying to sell the house but she will not leave. She falsly acused me of a trying to hurt her to get a restraining order against me only to be denied by the judge. I do npt want to get in trouble with her but do not want her to take advantage of me either. I need help.

You need to engage an attorney and begin the divorce process. The Court is likely to allow the wife and children to remain in the home, however, so long as the mortgage is paid. The name on the title does not control.

You need a lawyer who will give you firm and clear advice, because it seems to me that there are things you are not getting. Even if your wife is lying about violence, trying to sell the home out from under her and your children seems a questionable decision, at best. It makes you look quite a bit like a controlling and uncaring personality in this brief post. The help you need has to be honest and willing to tell you such things.
