Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I have a 10 month old daughter. The father and I weren't married and he is not on the birth certificate. In fact, there is currently a restraining order on him until Jan '08 for both myself and my daughter. My question is, is it okay for me to take her to Florida to go visit family?

Family Law

As long as there is no pending matter in court, or a court order stopping you, then you can take her to Florida.
