Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

The father of my children doesn't pay child support or see the kids, and I have Sole custody of them. He has a 20yr old new girlfriend, and she has pictures of my kids that I did not give her or give her premission to have. My mother has sent her pictures online as well, how do I stop this person I don't know form having pictures of my kids legally?

The father of your children can give appropriate photographs of his own children to whomever he wishes. I don't think there is anything you can do here, but I will be interested in the answers of others.
