Your judgment of divorce is enforceable in other jurisdictions or there may be special procedures.

A judgment of divorce cab be enforced in any state, though there are sometimes special procedures. More specificity is helpul. Are you concerned about child support enforcement?

It depends which orders are sought to be enforced, who has the children if any, where the wife lives, and issues related to residency.
