Depending on what the last court order says with regards to parenting time/visitation/custody of your brothers, your father would need to go to the appropriate county family and probate court and file a Complaint for modification to modify the previous court order.

If however, your father already has a court order that states what days and times your father has time with his children and this visitation is being denied by the mother, than your father would file a complaint for contempt.

If your father would like a free consultation, he can contact me at 617-523-3200 or email me to schedule a time convenient for him.

Thank you,

Your father may wish to retain an attorney to consider either a complaint for Modification or Contempt of the current support/visitation order. Good Luck!
