Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Father's Rights to his Children

My husband is in a battle with his ex-wife over child support and child visitation. He doesn't know anything about law or the court system. So I would like to better prepare him before he walks in. So can you give us any and all information you may have on child support and child visitation, as well as, where to find the right attorney to represent him.

Each county has one or morelaw libraries, and each library had various books and manuals about family court matters. I would help locate a library if I knew which county. The librarians are usually superb. As for finding a lawyer, there are several different ways to locate one. It depends largely on the nature of the issues, the type of lawyer you want & how much you can and are willing to spend.
