Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

My fiance's divorce decree is difficult to understand regarding, insurances. I think he should retain an attorney to read it, but this is so costly. Any suggestions?

I am not sure whether you mean it is a separation agreement that he is reviewing before he signs it? Or whether it is a Divorce Judgment from the Judge? If it is the review of a separation agreement prior to him signing it, I definately recommend that you have an attorney review it. I offer free consultation and you can call me at 617-523-3200 or email me at [email protected] and I may be able to help you out.

Thank you,
