im currently fighting for vistiation and custody of my son from his paternal grandmother and he boyfriend my sons grandfather is representing her on the case is this legal?conflict of interest?

Is he an attorney? Regardless there's likely no conflict of interest. Most attorneys wouldn't enter on a case in which they're that close to the parties and the issues, but the ethics rules don't necessarily prohibit it.
