Go to the probate court for the county you live in and ask for a petition for annulment. You must meet the legal requirements for an annulment: fraud by the other party in a material (important) way that caused you to enter into the marriage (e.g., he was still married to someone else). It frequently requires that the marriage was not consummated (the two of you did not have intercourse after marriage). You really should consult an attorney or mediator to make sure you are eligible. In most cases, I advise a divorce unless there is a prior undissolved marriage or the spouse lied about his/her identity.

My services are available for a reasonable fee ($600 if I represent one of you or if you merely want mediation) in uncontested cases. 508-755-1538

It takes as long as an uncontested divorce, which depends on what court you will be in.
